FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If your charter has been everything you hoped it would be, by all means, show your appreciation with a gratuity. However, please note that although crew gratuities are customary, they are left at your sole discretion to be split equally amongst the crew.

We immediately outsource services to ensure the best experience possible for our guests. These charges are non-refundable. 10% is withheld to cover these expenses.
It is important to note that 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your booking with us. Should you cancel less than 48 hrs before your charter, full payment is required  If your cruise is prohibited due to unavoidable circumstances such as inclement weather, a National shut down OR any protocols of the global pandemic, you will be allowed 6 months to find a new date OR receive a 90% refund on total charter costs.
Our bank details are provided on all of our invoices. You may direct transfer to these details and simply send us a copy of the transaction details for verification. Debit or Credit Card – Unfortunately, until December 1, 2021, we are unable to accept AMEX cards. (UPDATE) Cash! Meet up with one of our Unseen reps and make your deposit or full payment in cash.
